- SAI DHARMARTH CHIKITSALAYA: A Charitable mini hospital of the temple provides free medical treatment to 250-300 outdoor patients daily from the econominacally weaker section of the society on all days except Sundays and Holidays.

- A PANEL OF ALLOPATHIC AND HOMEOPATHIS DOCTOR- Specialist are visiting here from different fields of medicines like General Medicines, Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat, Orthopaedics, Cardiology, Paediatrics, Gynaecology & Dentistry.
- AN AUTOMATIC DIAGONISTIC CNETRE is equipped with X-Ray Machine, Ultra-Sound Machine, Pathological Lab.
- A PHISIOTHERAPY UNIT consisting of Interferential Therapy, Short-wave Diathermy, Traction, Ultrasonic Therapy, Paraffin Wax Bath and other supplementary Equipment.
- A DOT CENTRE for detection and treatment of tuberculosis with the advise and co-operation of the District Hospital Noida. All Expensive medicines are provided free of cost to the patients.
- MEDICAL CAMPS: FOR FREE Medical Check-ups, Blood Donation, Eye, Heart Diseases etc are organized from time to time with active co-operation from reputed private hospitals in Noida Like Kailash and Metro Hospitals, as also in collaboration with Red Cross, Lions Club and District Medical Centre.
- OTHER MEDICAL ASSISSTANCE- Free surgical operations in reputed hospitals particularly in the field of Eye Treatment are arranged for poor patients.
